Windsor at Westside Floorplans
Windsor at Westside offers two primary rental property types: townhomes and single-family villas.
Townhomes
The luxury townhomes of the resort provide around 2,200 sq. ft. of living space. Each townhome comes with all the comforts of home.
An amply sized dining room allows guests to enjoy each other’s company over a dinner prepared in the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar.
As for living space, there’s room for a family of ten to spread out and enjoy the townhome. The master suite features a private bath and spacious closet, while the remaining four bedrooms have plenty of space to fit two guests per room.
After a day of fun in the sun, guests can kick back at their townhome’s private, screened-in pool or enjoy a board game in the cozy living room.
Single-Family Villas
The pies de resistance of Windsor at Westside’s properties are the single-family villas. The five to nine-bedroom models offer more living space, privacy, and amenities.
The five-bedroom villas provide just over 2,500 sq. ft. of space for families to enjoy. Each five-bedroom home features a private screened-in pool, a second-floor den area, and a large dining room for family bonding. The five-bedroom floorplan also features two master bedrooms that have their own private bathroom.
The six-bedroom villas up the anty with over 3,100 sq. ft. of living space. This floorplan also comes with a heated spa and private pool. Guests will have their pick of two master bedrooms, one on each floor. The six-bedroom villas can sleep up to twelve guests.
The seven-bedroom villa shares all the Coastal and Mediterranean charm of the smaller floorplans but provides over 3,300 sq. ft. of living space. With two master bedrooms, five additional bedrooms, and five bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for a family of fourteen.
The eight-bedroom villas at Windsor at Westside add over 4,000 sq. ft. for families of up to 18. It’s six bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and a private lanai; there’s ample space for everyone. Windsor at Westside’s largest floorplan features nine bedrooms, six bathrooms, and over 4,300 sq. ft. The nine-bedroom model can comfortably house twenty guests.
Resort Amenities and Nearby Activities
Guests can stay and play at Windsor at Westside. The resort features a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, arcade, and sundry shop. For outdoor fun, guests can explore the volleyball courts or soccer field, playgrounds for the kids, or the glittering pool with a lazy river.
Guests will also find plenty of attractions under an hour from the resort. Disney World, International Drive, Sea World, and Universal Studios are short distances from the resort.
